Situated in Passignano, in the historical town center at La Rocca, it houses an exhibit consisting of some boats of Trasimeno Lake, Piediluco, Padule di Fucecchio, as well as the so-called "Fassoi" (boat built with the plants of the marsh) of Stagno di Cabras, in Sardinia.
For the Trasimeno, two different kinds of traditional boats are presented, still used in the mid-20th century by professional fishermen, and already documented in the 15th and 16th century, and the monoxylons, found thanks to the dredging activities carried out along the shores of the Lake, near Passignano, probably dating back to 1200, which are without a doubt the most important pieces of the museum.
Outside, a reconstruction of "Barchetto del Gorro", a minor boat used until the 1930s for dragnet fishing.
