As any other road, mule-tracks are part of everyday life and history. The territory can be easily approached, recognising the human and natural traces left in the run of centuries.

"Val di Bagno Trek": a network of paths...
"Val di Bagno Trek" network was born for this very reason. 220 km of paths and mule-tracks, with panels and signposts, radiate from Bagno di Romagna and S. Piero in Bagno all over the territory to meet a "Grande anello" (5 long stages in a circular trail) that, running on the ridges, encloses part of the territory of the Commune in the upper Savio valley.

... and many links
The roads of "Val di Bagno Trek" network connect to other path networks: the "Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona and Campigna National Park", the Casentino paths, Valtiberina, G.E.A (the Great Excursion trails running along the main Appennine ridge), and many roads traced by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) offering numberless possibilities to know the Tosco-Romagnolo Appennnes at close.
